If you are new to running, here is an example of a simple target that you can figure out:
- 21KM target distance
– Aim 2-3KM (50 minutes) per session/day
– Plan 3 sessions per week
– Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
- Distance per week = 9KM
– 4 weeks sessions per month
- In 1 month, you can complete 36KM
Without the right mindset and unrealistic planning, running can become very difficult.
