To complete 500km, you need at least 6.25 months.

1 week = 4 times ( 2 days in weekdays, Saturday & Sunday)
1 week = 40km covered
If 1 months (4 weeks) = 160km covered
To complete 500km, you need at least 3 months.
If you increase the number of run per week or increase the distance, the time will be short.
Your submission will be uploaded to the leaderboard. It can be a push factor and encourage you to run consistently.
